Kelly Chapin, Website Coordinator: Kelly grew up in the Frederick area and graduated from Hood College. Her life experiences include wildlife biology, environmental conservation, office management, spatial analysis and even hair salon owner. She has experience working in a variety of office settings and will serve as webmaster and the technical help desk. She works extensively with the website to create a progressive, resourceful site that houses current and accurate information.

Ellen Keyser, Technological Consultant and Web Designer: Ellen owns EKDesigns, LLC Web Development Company which she started in 1999 and has over 20 years of accounting, marketing and computer technology background and experience with Real Estate software. She has designed our Web Sites and updates us on the latest computer software and technology to keep us on the cutting edge in the market place.
